Occupational Therapist

Elizabeth joined NeuroHope after spending two years on the inpatient / outpatient units at the University of Chicago Medical Center and two years as an outpatient therapist at Saint Francis Hospital of Evanston. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University.

Elizabeth has experience evaluating and treating patients in trauma, intensive care, orthopedic and neurology in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She served as a primary therapist in neurology and neurosurgery units and she centers her treatment philosophy around helping patients recover function, fine motor, and visual skills to promote functional independence in daily life.

She is an active member of the American Occupational Therapist Association, and in her free time enjoys good coffee and group fitness classes.
