This session features gentle movements synchronized with breath\, promoting relaxation\, mindfulness\, and overall well-being. Designed for all levels\, this class incorporates meditation and relaxation techniques to help manage everyday stress. \nMeet Your Instructor\nKaren Thompson is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with a passion for introducing new students to yoga. DESCRIPTION:Our center is more than therapy and fitness.  It is a community of friends\, peers\, caregivers\, and mentors. First Friday with Friends is an interactive support group that meets at 12:00 PM on the First Friday of every month.   \nThis group features rotating topics of activities\, speakers\, and events. First Friday Community Group is a monthly\, year-round initiative that builds connection\, inclusion\, and meaningful engagement. The program provides an accessible space centered on creativity\, shared experiences\, and social interaction.
